- On February 9th, 2012, guided by the Informatization Application Center of China E-Commerce Association, CE Dongli Technology Co., Ltd. held the seminar of "E-commerce Influence, New Economic Drive" in Qingdao, providing local enterprises a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
2011
- In Jun. 2011, CE Dongli held a news conference entitled "Operation, Acceleration and Growth: Nationwide Promotion Program of Enterprise Informationization Application 2011" for its new service project stage.
- In Jun. 2011, CE Dongli held 2011 press conference of growing enterprise informatization application promotion with the theme of “Operation, Speed Acceleration, Growth”, marking the formal starting of the phase II of “growing enterprise informatization service project”.
- In Sept. 2011, CE Dongli held “A New Era of CE Dongli—the 12th Anniversary of CE Dongli and Strategy Conference”, looked back the development process in the past 12 years and released the future development strategy.
- In Nov. 2011, CE Dongli launched an online retail operation management platform—Zshop, pioneered a revolution of e-commerce, and advocated the business model of independent E-shop.
2010
- On 21 February, 2010, two national standards drafted up by CE Open were approved and published.
- From 20 March to 18 May, 2010, “Down Came a Spring Thunder” email products of Xinnet were on a nationwide tour in 13 cities such as Shenyang, Qingdao, Nanjing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Yantai, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Wuhan and Tianjin.
- From 3 June to 19 July, 2010, virtual application of Xinnet was on a nationwide tour in 13 cities such as Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Wuxi, Shanghai, Ningbo, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Beijing, Shenyang and Qingdao.
- On 12 June, 2010, CCW Research published 2009-2010 China Software as a Service (SaaS) Market Research Report. CE Open became a SaaS supplier having the largest number of users in China.
- On 20 June, 2010, Yidaba was awarded “E-Commerce Application Talent Training Base” by China E-Commerce Association, and officially started its business and thus Yidaba.com was accredited to issue “E-Commerce Application Expert Certificate”.
- In September 2010, CE Dongli established “Informatization Application Center of China E-Commerce Association”, which was guided and supervised by China E-Commerce Association.
- From 12 to 29 October, 2010, a nationwide tour themed “Send Health in Autumn” — “We have the Power” organized by Xinnet was held in 9 cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Shanghai, Wuxi, Zhengzhou, Jinan and Beijing.

2009
- In May 2009, RedFlag 2000 RedOffice 4.5 went through Beta Test, which offered new development thoughts for the whole industry, while tearing down the industrial traditions of office software.
- On May 15, 2009, a high-level technical seminar on “Virtualization - Solutions for the Digital Center of Green E-Government” was held at CE Open Technical Operation Center. Government leaders from Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Beijing Municipal Commission of Family Planning, Beijing Municipal Statistic Bureau, Information Office of Beijing Chongwen District, Information Center of Beijing Pinggu District, Information Center of Beijing Daxing District, Information Office of Beijing Shijingshan District, Information Center and Software Center of Beijing Huairou County, as well as relevant enterprise representatives attended the seminar.
- On May 19, 2009, four software products developed by CE Open, including (1) ECLIPSEONE agile development system (2) User Directory Integration Interface Software (3) IP Communications Operating System and (4) instant messenger, went through expert review and were recognized as the second batch of independent innovation products of Beijing by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Beijing Municipal Construction Committee, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industrial Development and the Administration Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, according to relevant municipal government documents Opinions on the Pilot Work of Government Procurement of Independent Innovation Products in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and the Measures of Beijing Municipality for the Confirmation of Independent Innovation Products (Amendment).
- In June2009, Xinnet attended China’s first “Domain Name Industry Convention” as the event’s exclusive sponsor, and the company’s General Manager gave an important speech on the industry’s current situation and future trends.
- CE Open and ChangFeng Alliance co-organized the first SAAS summit forum, which had its grand opening at Beijing Jade Palace Hotel on June 30, named “Summit Forum on SAAS Core Technological Innovation and Application.” A joint-effort of CE Open and ChangFeng Alliance, this event got valuable guidance from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information and Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission.

- In January 2008, basing on the professional information and authoritative analysis provided by Shihua Caixun, caixun.com was formally launched, which provided comprehensive services by integrating 3 aspects of global financial information, investment knowledge and financial community for financial consultation market in China.
- In January 2008, Chinese Dadi (edu-edu.com.cn) was voted as “National Top 10 Network Educational Institution” by users of Tencent (tencent.com) and “2007 Top 10 Network Educational Institution” by Sohu (www.sohu.com).
- In March 2008, Redflag 2000, by virtue of its absolute advantage, overcame the other five international cities like Amsterdam and obtained the honour of the hosting organization for the 6th OpenOffice.org Annual Conference.
- In April 2008, CE Open, as the council unit, joined “Beijing Information & Telecommunication Association” and “Beijing Software Industry Association”.
- On 2 April 2008, Intel Developer Forum (IDF) was ceremoniously inaugurated in Shanghai International Convention Centre, in which Redflag 2000 launched a new versatile office software designed for mobile internet devices, making mobile office of practicality. The first appearance of the MID-based office product in the summit led the industry to deep exploration of mobile office applications, and the brand-new mobile office ideology was praised by international technical experts.
- In May 2008, Redflag 2000 signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences for bundle marketing of RedOffice software and Godson-based high-performance personal computer. In the campaign of “the Revitalization of Old Districts, Service for the Three Rural Issues and Guizhou Technology Trip” hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and collaborated with the Publicity Department , the United Front Work Department and Guizhou Provincial People's Government etc., the two parties of Redflag 2000 and Chinese Academy of Sciences donated 1,000 notebook computers equipped with high-performance Godson processors which are developed and designed by Jiangsu Lemote Tech Corporation Limited, and pre-installed RedOffice office software which is independently developed by Redflag 2000. In addition to the support for three rural construction in Guizhou, the foregoing two parties established 20 Godson Redflag computer classrooms for teenagers. Each classroom has been equipped with 40 donated “Godson” notebook computers. The close cooperation between domestic software and hardware provides a viable way for developing the core technology of China's information industry.
- Since June 2008, Self-Study Examination Office of the Ministry of Education joined with Chinese Dadi (edu-edu.com.cn) and Sina Education (edu.sina.com.cn) organized 13 times of online interview of self-study examination for higher education, which invited deans and directors from examination offices in various regions to answer questions for millions of candidates nationwide.
- In June 2008, the Internet information service workgroup of ChangFeng Open Standards Platform Software Alliance, launched by CE Open, was established, with a total of 13 member units including Chinese basic software companies – RedFlag Software Company Limited, TongTech, and Basesoft Information Technology Company Limited), the information security company – Beijing VenusTech Inc. and the hardware platform manufacturer – Dawning Information Industry Co., Ltd. Under a new concept of co-creation and win-win mode of operation, the workgroup used a new internet information services operation mode to accelerate and promote the transformation of traditional IT software companies for the purpose of having the advantage of wider space for development and broader client base. Meanwhile, for tens of millions of Chinese IT users, the operation mode has fundamentally reduced the cost of usage of these services and troubles from the usage of the services. It will seriously base on the service business philosophy of “taking users’ experience as the core” to realize the enhancement of application-level. By means of cross-platform support, provision of software service operating mode and unified desktop application software, the inconvenience caused to users due to various operating systems can be eliminated, and users on different platforms can be assured of having consistent user interface, consistent operations and functions, As a result, users will truly enjoy the convenience and efficiency brought by IT application services.
2008
- Following the acquisition of Redflag 2000, Sino-i completed the acquisition of CE Open by the end of June 2008, dedicating to developing a leading corporation of one-stop computer desktop office application.
- In July 2008, CE Dongli successfully defended its number one ranking in IT outsourcing services. According to IDC report, CE Dongli defended its number one title in 2007 due to its remarkable business performance. CE Dongli has been in number one for 3 consecutive years in IT outsourcing services in China. CE Dongli was ranked sixth in the overall market of IT services in China and was listed Top Ten in Chinese IT services market for three consecutive years. CE Dongli is a legend for the development of a domestic company.
- In July 2008, Xinnet launched a series of rental packages of high cost-performance server hosting, breaking through the traditional server hosting rental market in China. In September 2008, Xinnet adopted the advanced virtualization technologies and launched its super VPS product series to the market. Xinnet was praised by a large number of its customers because of its constantly improved and enhanced product lines, outstanding performance of its products and its high quality services. The sales leaped up rapidly within a short period of time upon launching of the products. Xinnet is in the leading position in domestic market, having a strengthened foundation with breakthrough power.
- On 3 November 2008, “Shihua Caixun” announced that it is the first financial information provider in China officially authorized by the world's largest derivatives exchange, CME Group (NASDAQ: CME).
- On 5 November 2008, Redflag 2000 representing China successfully organized the 6th OpenOffice.org Conference.It was the first time for the international open source organization visiting Asia. This was not only the full affirmation to years of efforts spent by Redflag 2000 but also a strong indication of the domestic office software entering to the international market.
Milestones
- CE Dongli was established in 1999. With its strong forward looking view, CE Dongli created a new business operation idea of corporate IT application services. In accordance with the national circumstances and the actual situation of the IT process of SME, CE Dongli set up an IT application service operation platform suitable for SME realizing e-commerce and digital management, which has successfully assisted SME to increase IT operating efficiency.
- Chinese Dadi was established in 1999, focusing on the provision of studying contents for distance learning and of studying supportive services. Its service platform namely edu-edu.com.cn was formally in operation since April 2000. Nowadays, it has accumulated millions of registered members.
- In 2001, Beijing Shihua was transformed by means of its internal reorganization and restructuring for securing its standing in China domestic market. It was at that time the only financial information service provider in China. Its product and service brand – “Shihua Caixun” covers both the futures, bonds, securities and foreign exchange markets both in China and the world as well as information of the domestic major industries. Integrated with advanced technologies, Beijing Shihua has become the most comprehensive professional financial information platform in China, guiding the development of China financial information market in line with international standards.
- In 2003, Xinnet , the domestic primary provider of domain name registration and virtual hosting service, was acquired. As the operator of basic application services for corporate IT process , Xinnet, with over 10,000 core channel cooperation partners, offers basic services of e-commerce and network communications for corporate customers.
- CE Openwas established in April 2005, focusing on the provision of overall solutions for IT application services for CE Dongli, Xinnet, other subsidiaries of Sino-i, and other ISVs（independent software vendors）
- In 2006, in order to reinforce and develop the open source strategy in China, Sino-i acquired a domestic software foregoer - Redflag 2000. As the chair organization in ChangFeng Open Standards Platform Software Alliance Service Promotion Team, Redflag 2000 has not only proactively involved in establishing state document standards but also which played an important role in promoting the national standards and its related industrial development.
- In November 2006, www.yidaba.com, an important platform for corporate internet sales, officially launched, and in the same year it was awarded “2006 China Internet Project with the Most Potentiality” and “2006 China Internet Conference Operation Innovation Award”.
