Recently, CE Open has made continuous progress in SaaS field, and it has received many attentions and awards from IT industry while also attracted wide attentions from Taiwan Software Association and experts and scholars. On June 13, Wei-Jen Yuh, Director of Industrial service Division of Chinese Information Software Association and veterans from Industry Research Institute and Taiwan Software Industry, accompanied by Duan Hong, Secretary General of Beijing Software Association, visited CE Open. Zhang Bin, General Manager of CE Open and other leaders warmly welcomed them and made extensive exchanges about cross-straits SaaS service and built-in software with Taiwan experts.

It is reported that Chinese Information Software Association (CISA), built in 1983, is one of the oldest hi-tech associations in Taiwan. With 750 group members, it has been awarded with Taiwan Most Outstanding People Group Award and Taiwan Excellent People group thrice since its inception. At the same time, CISA is the founding member of Asia Pacific Information Service Organization representing Asia information industry and the executive member of the council of World Information and Technology Service Alliance representing global information industry. Industry Institute built in 1973, is the biggest industrial technology R&D organization and also the pioneer of Taiwan semiconductor industry.

To build a communication and dialogue platform is the most effective way to promote cross-straits cooperation of software enterprises and favorable for the parties to communicating and exchanging ideas about the crucial software issues. It plays an indispensible, important and introductory role in promoting mutual understanding, coming to consensus and stimulating continuously the cross-straits relationship development. Taiwan software fraternities’ visit to mainland on the one hand proved that they were attracted by the rich SaaS atmosphere in Beijing, on the other hand showed that they agreed the achievements again CE Open has made in developing SaaS system with Chinese characteristics in recent years.

Zhang Bin, General Manager of CE Open, said that they hope there were more experts, scholars and professional insiders to visit CE Open and discuss SaaS development plan with Chinese characteristics together. Taiwan software fraternities also invited CE Open in return to participate in cross-straits software exchange fair in Taiwan in this autumn. This is a greeting from Taiwan, a precious island of China and also is a proof that the development of CE Open attracted the attentions from Taiwan software fellows.
