On July 12, the 13th China International Software Expo (hereafter referred to “Software Expo”) opened in the Beijing Exhibition Center. Beijing CE Open Source Software Co. Ltd. (“CE Open S ”), released the first SaaS Experience Center in China during Software Expo. It was the first time that SaaS platform used by millions of customers made its first appearance in the public. SaaS Experience Center displayed the modes, methods and operative management experiences accumulated during long-term practices by CE Open. The live and vivid presentation and interaction guided the experience seekers to know the real core knowledge of operating SaaS and experience the new era SaaS platform brings for the software service.

With the supply-and-demand cooperative principle of promoting the economic development, speeding up the informationization of software and service, and serving the software persons and companies, Software Expo will become a merging stage for the software industry, even for the whole IT industry. However, the SaaS Experience Center from CE Open located in the 11th house shined on the stage. It could provide zero-distance for the visitors to experience SaaS and had attracted a great large of attentions. On “SaaS Application and Development Forum ”, Li Gang, Deputy General Manager from the Operation Center of CE Open gave a keynote speech which gave an omnibearing interpretation about IT service operation mode based on SaaS , helping the public further understand the SaaS Experience Center and received a wide praise.

In recent years, SaaS upsurge has been springing up in China. By using SaaS, users do not need to invest a lot of hardware, software and manpower as used to be, while they just need to pay for certain rent fees and can enjoy the similar software service by Internet. All these strengths show the people the huge potential of SaaS. No matter the traditional software companies or new-rising companies providing Internet service, all hope to chase such rare opportunities. After a burst of frantic fever, the industry more and more realized that at present SaaS was just a good film but little audience. Only the SaaS companies are interested, while the users only know a little about it. Therefore, how to help users to know SaaS further is a question that CE Open is thinking about.

Depending on Software Expo, CE Open made SaaS Experience Center as its first choice to show the IT service operation system based on SaaS all around and a part of products which operate on SaaS platform and hope users know SaaS more directly and deeply.
