On Mar. 30, 2009, CE Open and ChangFeng Alliance officially released the White Paper on ChangFeng Alliance SaaS Promotion Strategy (“SaaS White Paper” for short) in Beijing, which objectively illustrates what CE Open and ChangFeng Alliance recognize and understand about SaaS and their promotion measures, brings a huge development opportunity to help China software industry control the software service modes better, and provides very worthy reference for promoting the across-the-board adjustment of the software industry structure and making the industrial breakthrough and upgrade.
