On 4 August 2016, Nan Hai Corporation Limited (0680.HK) published an announcement, Phase 3 of ‘‘The Peninsula’’, the Group’s flagship project developed by Nan Hai Development Limited and its subsidiaries, was launched for sale on 9 April 2016 in Shekou, Shenzhen. As at 4 August 2016, 709 units were sold, generating an accumulated sales amount of approximately RMB10.06 Billion, which raised concern on Shenzhen real estate market again.

In April this year, The Peninsula Phase 3 set the record: selling 409 units within two days, with the turnover of RMB5.2 billion and nearly 2000 visitors, which laid a solid foundation of its leading position in Shenzhen Bay.

Creating high-end residence and commercial complex with first-rate quality
