(11 April 2016 – Hong Kong) Phase 3 of “The Peninsula”, the flagship project developed by Nan Hai Development under Nan Hai Corporation Limited (0680.HK) was launched for sale on 9 April 2016 in Shekou, Shenzhen with around 2,000 visitors. 409 units were sold for an aggregate turnover of RMB5.2 billion, marking the leading position of the project in Shenzhen Bay.
