On 2 December, 2010, an inaugural meeting of Intellectual Property Innovation Alliance of Cloud Computing, Diagnostic Reagent, High-tech Service Industry (Steel Industry) in Beijing Economic and Technical Development Zone was held in Boda Building. Yang Weiguang, Secretary of Party Committee and Vice Director of Beijing Scientific and Technological Committee, Liu Zhengang, Director of Beijing Intellectual Property Office, and Zhang Xiaolin, Vice Director of Management Committee of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, participated to the meeting and gave their speeches.

Guided by Intellectual Property Office of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Alliance was initiated by CE Open, Beijing Skycloud Technology Co., Ltd. of China Broadband Capital, Centrin Data Systems Co., Ltd. and Beijing University of Technology Software Park Development Co., Ltd. The Alliance will pay attention to and actively participate in developing national and industry standards, protecting intellectual property and assisting the government in developing relative industry policies.
