In October 2010, CE Open jointly with Informatization Application Center of China E-Commerce Association aiming at growing enterprises’ specific requirements for informatization application carried out “Growing Enterprise Informatization Service Project” on a nationwide basis. It planned to organize over 400 training activities in 270 cities, attract 30,000 enterprises to participate in the process of training, train up about 20,000 talents and establish a batch of outstanding and famous industry websites. Achieve informatization application of growing enterprises, encourage and promote key enterprises in various industries to participate in the construction of e-commerce platform, improve the e-commerce application level of domestic SMEs, develop e-commerce as the major model of productions and operations, help large number of growing enterprises to progressively use informatization to carry out network sales, expand channels and achieve a great development of growing enterprises in informatization age.

CE Dongli has actively carried out all aspects of “Growing Enterprises Informatization Service Projects” afterwards. On one hand, it deepens channels, expands the coverage of service network and establishes offices in many cities such as Yancheng and Zouping etc. On the other hand, it strengthens the local informatization application, lays a solid foundation in local areas and develops different service strategies according to different features and demands of growing enterprises in various areas. Finally, an obvious development of local information construction has been achieved in a short period of time and outstanding achievements in informatization service projects of growing enterprises have been made.
