On 11 May 2010, Zhang Xiu Jie, Deputy Commissioner of Economic Affairs Department of Beijing Development Planning Committee ( "Planning Committee" ), led 3 officials to visiting Beijing CE Open Source Software Company Limited ( "CE Open" ), focusing on the in-depth discussion of the current software industry development. Zhang Bin, General Manager, and Li Gang, Deputy General Manager of CE Open introduced the officials both software industry development and CE Open's development progress in "cloud" computing industry.

In the symposium, Li Gang firstly introduced CE Open' s service pattern of "cloud" – CE Open focuses on technology development and servicing operation of software servicing. CE Open is one of the domestic leaders in "cloud" computing industry, bearing the foundations of such "cloud' computing application services as digital business, digital communications and digital management. Zhang Bin mentioned that being one of the core members of "Changfeng Open Standards Platform Software Alliance" ("Changfeng Alliance"), CE Open keeps focusing on creativity of both SaaS (Software as a Service) and "cloud" computing. In 2009, CE Open led several corporate members of Changfeng Alliance to jointly publishing "Strategic Development White Book of Chanfeng Software Servicing Operation" , focusing on promoting the development of self-owned intellectual property software servicing operation system.

Deputy commissioner, Zhang, fully ascertained and highly appraised CE Open' s creative development pattern and continuing development abilities subsequent to the briefing made by CE Open.
